Senior Integrity Engineer

Job description

The Senior Integrity Engineer role is an excellent opportunity to work on innovative software products within the energy, chemical processing, and capital projects markets. The successful candidate will be dynamic and able to deliver to the highest standards with dedication to exemplary customer experience a key attribute.

You will work closely with subject matter experts in the business to primarily provide ongoing support and contribute towards the development of asset55 software products and services. You will be supported and empowered to continuously learn, upskill & contribute ideas and innovations to improve asset55 business offerings. Customer and project site visits will also  be undertaken on an infrequent basis.

Roles and responsibilities

  •  Prepare and run customer site training programs
  • Assist the business development team in winning new contracts by providing a competent technical focal point
  • Resolve technical contract pre-qualification matters
  • Work as a facilitator to provide the best possible customer onboarding experience in conjunction with the operations manager
  • Foster close customer relations, developing understanding to customer use case and business needs
  • Expedite swift resolutions on support requests
  • Be a champion and advocate of asset55’s products and services
  • Provide constructive feedback to teammates and managers alike
  • Able to fluent develop support documentation, procedures, and toolkits
  • Assist in developing technical content for marketing purposes
  • Initiate and contribute to product development activities
  • Willing to represent the company in customer meetings, industry events and publications as appropriate
  • Lead by example and works in a manner which protects the health, safety and welfare of self and others
  • Participate and contribute towards business improvement initiatives
  • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures including quality, safety, environmental and HR

Requirements

  •  Service delivery experience
  • Understands and can demonstrate the theory of bolted joint analysis
  • Demonstrable knowledge of PCC-1 and/or EN1591 calculation methods
  • Able to develop calculations methodologies, reports and procedures
  • Capable of producing and checking complex engineering calculations based on applicable codes
  • Able to read and interpret customer drawings, specifications, and procedures
  • Desire to obtain, develop, and share engineering knowledge across the team
  • High standard of communication (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving ethic, able to challenge the status quo
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft suite of applications
  • Keen sense of good order, organisation, accountability, and transparency
  • Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills
  • Team and results orientated, focus on customer value
